used 60 mg. of hydrocodone , tizanidine and meloxicam until six months ago when I switched to 60 mg . I take Altenolol (100 mg) p/d, Chappra (1000 mg ) p/d, Hydrocodone (10 mg) up to 4x p/d, Clonazapam (1 mg) up to 3x p/d, Tizanidine (4 mg) I m supposed to take that every 8 hours but...
