I did a ten day detox a few months ago under the supervision of my acupuncturist and I felt great afterwards.Just returned from a four-day EATING and FAMILY fest in Seattle and I felt bloated and horrid when we returned. Frankly, diet coke and green tea will be the things I miss most....
