I just read my duaghter's infant Ibuprofen and it says there is 50mg in every infant dose. The little baby (13-17 pounds)get a dose equalvlent to 50mg, the older toddlers (18-23lbs)get 75mg. An ibprofen tablet is 200mg, so giving a 5 year old one half tablet would be 100mg. that should be fine,...
