prozac or lexapro, switch? I've been taking 20mg of prozac for anxiety for 3 weeks now. I am having a terrible time sleeping, maybe 4 hours a night.I noticed the fact sheet for prozac lists anxiety as a side effect, and it doesn't explicitly list general anxiety disorder as something it treats....
