Both are NSAIDs with similar side effects although diclofenac is probably more toxic. Ask for and read the package insert (FDA approved prescribing information) for diclofenac. Btw, don't let any Pharmacist tell you that you cannot have the prescribing information. canadian-pharmacyn.com...
